- 一、Specific duties and responsibilities 主要工作內(nèi)容 1. According to product documents, analyzed and planned product processes, formulated and purchased related production facilities, equipment and tooling; 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品文件，分析規(guī)劃產(chǎn)品工藝，制定選購相關(guān)生產(chǎn)設施設備工裝等； 2. Preparation of process documents, including product process flow chart, product process flow chart, PFMEA, operation instructions, etc.; 工藝文件制定，包括產(chǎn)品過程流程圖、產(chǎn)品工藝流程圖、PFMEA、操作指導書等； 3. Confirmed the feasibility of the product process through the production of samples, and revised the production process and technical data; 通過樣品的制作，確認產(chǎn)品工藝的可行性，修訂生產(chǎn)流程，工藝技術(shù)資料； 4. Followed up the production situation during trial production and mass production, and corrected problems in time; 在試生產(chǎn)和量產(chǎn)期間對生產(chǎn)情況進行密切跟蹤，發(fā)現(xiàn)過程中的操作等問題及時糾正； 5. Completed man-hour measurement, manpower requirements and capacity analysis, and continued to improve the production process; 完成工時測定，人力要求及產(chǎn)能分析等工作，對生產(chǎn)工藝進行持續(xù)改進；一旦工藝變更，需要遵循變更流程將變化點進行標準化作業(yè)管控。 6. Trained and guided production personnel to master the technological requirements of new products; follow up training procedure and evaluate the skill matrix accordingly. 培訓指導生產(chǎn)崗位人員掌握新產(chǎn)品的工藝要求并對應按照培訓考核流程進行操作技能考核 7. Collected and digested product drawings, data, design requirements and standards and managed archives; 產(chǎn)品圖紙，數(shù)據(jù)，設計要求，標準收集整理消化及檔案管理； 8. Preparation of product documents, including parts list, substitution of domestic materials, initial process flow, list of important characteristics of parts D parts list, sample control plan, etc. 產(chǎn)品文件制定，包括零件清單、國產(chǎn)材料替代、初始工藝流程、零部件重要特性清單D零件清單、樣件控制計劃等； 9. Communicated with the customer's product engineering department about the problems and other related technical issues; 與客戶的產(chǎn)品工程部及時溝通有疑問的地方及其它相關(guān)的各類技術(shù)問題 10．Complete other related work assigned by superiors。 完成上級領(lǐng)導交辦的其他相關(guān)工作。 二、Specialized knowledge and skills專業(yè)知識和技能 1、Have been trained in production operation management, quality management system, development process, product knowledge, quality management system documents and methods, and have relevant certificates 受過生產(chǎn)作業(yè)管理、質(zhì)量管理體系、開發(fā)流程、產(chǎn)品知識、質(zhì)量管理體系文件及方法等方面的培訓，有相關(guān)證書 2、Familiar with customer requirements such as Formel Q 熟悉Formel Q 等客戶要求； 3、 Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system 熟悉IATF16949質(zhì)量管理體系； 4、Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, control plan and other quality tools 熟悉APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, control plan等質(zhì)量工具；
